Sleep Launch

After the success of myWW, we expanded into new areas of wellness beyond food and activity. Sleep was one of the first.

Members told us that poor sleep often undermined their progress—and yet they lacked tools to build healthier habits.

Project Story

We introduced a new experience in the WW app that helped members become more aware of their sleep routines. They could track bedtime hours, reflect on their patterns, and learn practical strategies for improving rest. By elevating sleep alongside food, activity, and mindset, we reinforced a more holistic view of wellness.
