Facilitating Product Strategy

Facilitation has always been my superpower—

curating experiences through workshops, meetings, and collaborative events is both a skill and a personal passion. At Honor, this came to life in multiple ways.

Project Story

We began by documenting the user journey across complex, intertwined workflows. That clarity helped Product Management and Care Operations see shared problem areas and prioritize solutions that worked for both. The artifacts and narratives from this work gave our Senior Principal Designer the foundation to architect a holistic strategy alongside three other Principals. My role was to support her efforts—evangelizing the work, advocating for users, and helping the team manage and synthesize the flood of organizational feedback.

As excitement grew, we pulled the research artifacts and insights into a cohesive Product Vision. Partnering with the Head of Design, I helped plan the visioning process that ultimately guided the 1–to 2–year roadmap and defined the organization’s key bets.

My Contributions

My Impact

Beyond strategy, I cultivated connections across our remote, cross-functional teams—leading workshops, deep dives, and creative jams that not only built a reputation for quality and collaboration but also fostered genuine community and friendships.
