At WW, the company introduces a new Food Program every two years. In 2020, we launched myWW—the most successful program in WW history.

Every new program was a massive cross-company effort, and my role centered on shaping the product strategy and leading design work that directly impacted how members joined and engaged with the app.

Project Story

I partnered with two designers on my team to reimagine the member assessment—the critical first step in the journey. Our goal was to streamline the experience while making it feel deeply personalized. By reducing friction and tailoring the assessment to individual needs, we were able to connect members to the right Food Program more quickly and with greater confidence.

Our Impact

myWW drove the highest number of new subscriptions, the lowest cancellations, and the happiest member feedback WW had ever seen. It became a blueprint for how product strategy and thoughtful design could elevate a company-wide launch.
