End 2 End Design

Honor needed to deliver more personalized care, lower operational costs, and define new measures of quality—all while keeping the human experience front and center.

The tension was clear: balance scientific rigor, business needs, and user clarity without compromising any one of them.

Project Process

I introduced Strategy Spikes—focused workshops designed to surface valuable solutions quickly. By structuring sessions with cross-functional partners in Data Science, Product, and Design, we generated ideas that simply wouldn’t have emerged in silos.

Project Themes

Product Strategy

Through rounds of discussion and feedback with the primary stakeholders, we crafted a conceptual product strategy that touches the entire ecosystem. The final strategy leveraged augmented intelligence - enhances the work we do so we focus on the human experience.

Shifting Work Human ➡️ The System

As the system matures, automation increases + work is appropriately distributed across these ecosystem. This would dramatically shift the weight of work.

New Features

System monitors performance + communications updates, provides guidance + coaching directly to Care Pro, and offers professional growth opportunities.

Distributed team views enables actions from a high-level with visibility into the state or markets, teams, care, and actions that require reviews by specialists (HR, trust + Safety, etc.)

New Features

Integrated communication tool provides visibility to the team, enabling them to coordinate and resolve issues themselves (guided by the system).

Communication is on-platform and monitored. The system adjust the ideal care experience segment based on comms updates, behavior, feedback, and facilitates resolutions.

Influencing the Roadmap

This vision was then deconstructed to inform prioritization and the product roadmap.
