Honor needed to deliver more personalized care, lower operational costs, and define new measures of quality

—all while keeping the human experience front and center.

Clients are looking for consistency with the CarePros who come into their home.

CarePros want shifts that fit their schedule and certification.

As the system matures, automation increases + work is appropriately distributed across these ecosystem we dramatically shift the weight of work.

System monitors performance + communications updates, provides guidance + coaching directly to Care Pro, and offers professional growth opportunities.

Distributed team views enables actions from a high-level with visibility into the state or markets, teams, care, and actions that require reviews by specialists (HR, trust + Safety, etc.)

Integrated communication tool provides visibility to the team, enabling them to coordinate and resolve issues themselves (guided by the system).

Communication is on-platform and monitored. The system adjust the ideal care experience segment based on comms updates, behavior, feedback, and facilitates resolutions.
