Design Team Management
As a Product Design Manager at WW, I led a team of over six talented designers focused on building tools that help members eat more mindfully, stay active, and adopt a positive mindset.
My role was equal parts strategist, coach, and connector—ensuring my team had the guidance, structure, and collaborative space they needed to thrive.

My Impact
On the product side, I guided the team in exploring new strategies and opportunities, ensuring alignment with both design and product goals. I even stepped in to support product management during under-resourced moments—writing Jira tickets and keeping initiatives moving forward.
At the individual level, I focused on growth. I coached designers to develop their craft, expand their communication styles, and build influence. Newer designers gained confidence and clarity, while senior designers reached new levels of leadership and impact.
Culturally, I orchestrated the evolution of design operations for a 30+ person organization—standardizing hiring and onboarding processes, managing tools, and creating scalable documentation. Through rituals and process improvements, I fostered a positive design culture grounded in clarity, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
